Fill Out Forms Virtually
From your phone or computer, you can fill out all the necessary information for the I-693 before you arrive, saving you time at the clinic.
Come In for Your Exam
When you arrive, bring your photo ID and any vaccine records you have. Our doctor will perform the exam and we'll complete all required lab work on-site during your visit.
Get Any Necessary Vaccines
If you need any vaccines, we will provide you with a referral to get them. We don't yet offer them in-house, but we make the process easy.
Receive Your Sealed Paperwork
As long as your lab results are clear, we will have your completed and sealed I-693 paperwork ready for pickup in a week or less.
