Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers. Here are some of the most common inquiries we receive.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s license) and your vaccination records. Additionally, we recommend bringing your work authorization document with your A-Number, if available. If vaccination records are unavailable, we can conduct blood tests (titers) to verify immunity.

How long does the exam take?

The entire appointment takes about 45-60 minutes. All required lab work, including blood draw and urine test, is done in our clinic during your visit. Once we receive your lab results, we will finalize your paperwork.

When will I get my completed I-693 form?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days after your appointment. We will call you as soon as your sealed envelope is ready for pickup. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.

Are lab tests and vaccines included in the price?

The required laboratory tests (TB, Syphilis, Gonorrhea) and any necessary vaccinations are separate from the base examination fee. We offer vaccines in-house. Please note that insurance typically does not cover I-693 immigration medical examinations at any provider. Despite this industry standard, we strive to maintain competitive and transparent pricing for all our services.
