A Simple, Stress-Free Process
We guide you through every step, from booking to receiving your sealed I-693 form.
Book Your Appointment
Book online or give us a call; same-day or next-day visits are often available. We text you a link to fill in your information and upload your ID and vaccine records from your phone. You don't need to print the I-693; we fill it out for you.
Visit Our Clinic
Bring a photo ID and any vaccine records you have. The doctor does your physical exam, we draw blood for the tests USCIS requires, and you sign your I-693 at this visit. No fasting needed.
Get Vaccines (If Needed)
We give most adult vaccines and some children's vaccines right here, often during the same visit. You can also get them at a pharmacy or county clinic during the week you're waiting and send us the records from your phone.
Pick Up Your Sealed Envelope
Blood test results take about five to six days. We text you a link to check that your personal details and vaccine records are accurate. You or anyone you choose can pick up your sealed envelope. If all results are normal, the whole process takes about one week; it takes longer if any are abnormal.
